  For companies that run a fleet: rental companies, car sharing operators, corporate fleets. One page shows where every vehicle is, what it is doing, which alarms need attention and which deadlines are approaching; from there, the full record of each vehicle, with trips, remote commands, statistics and reports.

  Mative Cloud TC: Site Monitor Module

  Fleet Monitor built for construction and earthmoving companies, where the fleet is excavators, loaders, rollers, concrete pumps and telehandlers. Draw each site's area on the map, give the machines their jobs with targets and KPIs for each type, and follow their progress: volume dug, depth, weighings, roller passes. Operators start and close their jobs; the office manages each machine's purchases, payments, incentives and deadlines.

  The management software for rental companies, working with Fleet Monitor: customer records, contracts with signature and OTP, the CaRGOS communication to the Italian State Police, handover and return with photos, then damages, accidents, fines and cases. The trackers fill in the odometer and report impacts during a rental.

  Mative Cloud TC: Emergency Center Module

  When a vehicle reports an impact, an SOS or a movement with the engine off, an AI voice assistant calls its contact within seconds, explains what happened and asks whether everything is fine. If someone is injured, it tells them to call 112. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized by Synapsis ML, which also analyzes the alarm.
